I absolutely loved my stay at these apartments! The location is superb, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and the main tramline. The rooms were spacious, although not very clean when we first checked in. The service was fantastic, especially thanks to Michelle who organized new towels for our group of 6. The facilities were top-notch, offering car hire, grocery shopping service, laundry facilities, and tours/ticket assistance. The only downside was encountering a staff member who was very rude and disrespectful, lacking welcoming attitude and good communication skills.
